This project sits at the junction of Shixinlu and Fengxilu in Shaping District, Chongqing. The project covers two land parcels with a total GFA of 490,000 m2, including a 105,310 m2 of shopping mall and a 25,000 m2 of outdoor Commercial Street Block, with variety of Mixed-use functions like shopping mall, 5 Stars hotel, Grade A Office Spaces and Serviced Apartment. The Shopping Mall was composed with total six floors above ground and two floors below.
