Suzhou Longfor Times Paradise Walk with total GFA of 200,000sqm is currently the largest commercial project for Longfor in Suzhou Area. With over 400 commercial retails, there are 3 main anchor tenants and 5 experiential zones within 7 levels of the commercial mall, providing a variety of shopping experiences. The key design concept is derived from the idea of Suzhou Garden with the concept of “scenery changes with moving step”, where the light and water serve as the main design elements to extend the outdoor experience into internal space. Outdoor street is therefore introduced into the mall to provide a comfortable environment, meanwhile enjoying the outdoor atmosphere.
