This project located in the north of Shenzhen Bao’an Airport, the core part of the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Aimed to be the Grade A office building. Sharing, Ecology and Smart are the three main elements of this project. Sharing - Innovative research and development, smart industry tenants all around the world gathered here as the work base, they share knowledge and exhibit their results in order to promote foreign trading and development. Ecology - Sustainable development is to make good use of resources, create a greener and healthier living and working environment. Smart - New way of living with technology and environmental friendly. Re-interpret the “Box” concept from architecture, the “Box” with these three major elements bond tightly with each other, the “Box” becomes the main concept of this project.
