Key Responsibilities

– Provide creative and technical solutions to the projects
– To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, 3D renderings, design packages and other associated documents
– Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate
– To assist Senior to ensure project effectiveness and competition
– Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design, materials sourcing and selection
– Complete the tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

– Degree/diploma holder in Architecture/Interior Design
– Min. 3 years of experience in interior design within retail / shopping mall / workplace design
– Self-motivated with good communication skills
– Passionate, willing to explore new ideas, innovative and think independently
– Good hand-sketching is advantage
– Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently
– Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
– Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
– Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign or other design programs
– Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

– To provide full spectrum of Marketing and Administrative support to company
– Handle office maintenance and procurement of office equipment
– Assist in searching information and data for new business development
– To organize daily activities, travelling and meeting arrangements
– Assist in preparing tenders, purchase orders and award submission
– Contact with out-source IT company
– Maintain relationships with the staff in mainland office
– Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

– Higher diploma holder in Business Administration, marketing or related disciplines
– At least 2 years of experience in administration or marketing is preferable
– Good organization skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills
– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
– Responsible, good initiative, willing to learn and independently
– Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
– Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
– Experience in Design and Architect firm will be an advantage
