The Commercial podium comprised of 210,000sqm located at the most prominent commercial area within the City adjacent to MTR. Featuring seven shopping levels, with five above ground drawing circulation from 5 entrances facing different directions. The mall offering a diverse mix of retail, leisure for the surrounding as well the seamless links to the service apartment an office tower sitting above the mall.

The interlocking between the boxes express with different material create layering on the façade serving different function as for advertising, retail display as well as bringing the natural lighting to internal space. A layer of folding ribbon emerged through the interlocking, linking the façade from different dimensions, as well as from exterior to interior.
